Tuti Scott loves exploring topics that help people investigate their money beliefs, strengthen financial literacy, and navigate their investing and giving journeys. Her coaching work empowers women leaders and their donor and investing communities to align their wealth strategies with their values, purpose, and intentions.
Working across the full spectrum of capital, Tuti creates spaces (workshops with Women Moving Millions and Invest for Better) for courageous conversations, learning in community, and greater financial clarity and agency. She brings decades of leadership in social justice philanthropy, lived experience of economic mobility, and insights from research on the diverse financial journeys of high-net-worth women.
As a lifelong point guard, she sees herself as someone who sets others up for success, controls the pace of the game, and serves as a coach on the floor, most importantly, making the assist. Through her team's leadership with the Women’s Sports Foundation, she helped build the infrastructure of the women’s sports movement.
Tuti produces the Investing in Women’s Sports Symposium, bringing together founders, ecosystem leaders, and asset allocators to explore the opportunities and resource shifts needed to advance women’s sports. In 2019, she created Women&Money, a curated community of doers working across values-aligned giving and investing.
She believes deeply in women owning their money and power and in engaging “conscious humans” of all genders in shifting how capital and leadership move.
Ananya Kachru
Co-LEAD
Ananya is building Make the Assist with Tuti to democratize access to women's sports investing. An operator and investor with deep conviction in the power of strategic early capital and community, she's spent the last few years working at the intersection of venture, philanthropy, and early-stage company building.
At Incandescent, Ananya serves as Chief of Staff, where she partners with the CEO across advisory and venture development, leads the Office of the CEO team, and drives thoughtful AI adoption internally across the firm and externally with clients.
At Neythri Futures Fund, she collaborates with the GP across the Fund and launching a founder-funder-operator collective with a South Asian women founder focus. She also collaborates with the SRS Family Foundation, supporting programming around youth mental health, and arts & culture.
Ananya is a Yale graduate, an active angel investor and advisor to early-stage startups, and supports Hypatia Capital as an advisor. Before this, Ananya was an early hire at Schmidt Futures, Eric Schmidt's Family Office, and worked across venture capital and venture philanthropy.
Ananya grew up swimming and dancing, and is an avid fan of women's volleyball, basketball, soccer, and gymnastics -- to name a few! She's based in NYC and SF and is always open to a conversation about untapped opportunities in women's sports.
